• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting Remuscle directly.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your session to allow time for consultation and preparation.
• Late arrival may reduce your treatment time to avoid impacting the next client.

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• No‑show appointments will be charged 50% of the session fee.
• Exceptions may apply for emergencies at the therapist’s discretion.

• Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
• We accept EFTPOS and credit/debit cards.
• Package purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Packages are non‑refundable, but may be transferred to another person upon request.

• Clients must provide accurate and complete health information during the consultation.
• You must inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or changes in your health.
• Remuscle reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe or contraindicated.

• Remuscle provides professional remedial massage, sports massage, myotherapy techniques, and dry needling.
• Results vary depending on individual conditions, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
• Your therapist will discuss treatment options and obtain consent before beginning.

• Remuscle maintains a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required.
• Clients must follow therapist instructions to ensure safety during treatment.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Promotions (such as first‑visit discounts) cannot be combined with other offers.
• Promotional pricing may change at any time.

• All personal and health information is kept confidential and stored securely.
• Information is used only for treatment, booking, and communication purposes.

• Remuscle is not responsible for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from withholding medical information or failing to follow aftercare advice.
• Clients participate in treatment at their own risk.
